1、开箱后吊装产品时，请勿碰断捆扎绳，否则有可能将造成链条翻转，使用时卡链;

2、安装完毕后，方可打开捆扎绳，同时，至上而下，垂直目测链条是否有扭拧;

3、查看链条张紧度，张紧力要达到100Kg以上;

4、安装对接电器过程中，避免出现缺项、虚接、错接(双色线为地接线,千万别接火线上)

5、倒空时也要保证链条的张紧力达到100Kg以上;

6、保证关注模板销钉等及其它异物掉进机头缝隙内;

7、链条要保持清洁，并且要涂抹润滑油;

8、拆卸时请将链条间段捆扎，并单台存放，避免造成翻链，给再次使用时带来损坏和不便。
