简介

8407是铬、钼、钒合金 style="color: rgb(19, 110, 194); outline: 0px;">工具钢，采用特殊炼钢技术和严密质量控制得到的纯度高且组织微细的钢材，8407的等向性（各向同性）要比一般传统炼制度H13更佳。这对于模具的抗机械疲劳及热应力疲劳性能更具价值，如压铸模具、锻造模具及挤型模具等。因此采用8407的模具硬度可比普通H13提高1－2HRC而不会牺牲韧性。硬度高可以减缓热龟裂的发生，提高模具寿命。
